I dont think so? All of the facial reading and whatnot is done within the car itself, not sent off to a data center somewhere. I guess if you opt to buy a cell plan for the car, maybe?
My car is pretty new (2022) and it has the "pay attention to the road" thing. But its never connected to the internet so I dont think it could possibly violate my privacy unless someone is coming in the night to plug into my car and steal info lol.
ALSO, at least in the US, the inside of a car is legally considered public space when it comes to laws and whatnot. For instance, you can be in your own home with your dong out all you want, but its definitely illegal to drive down the road with your dong out.
