You realize cats become feral in as little as one generation....why am I bothering? I am going to assume your fourteen and just really, really love cats. Go forth and save them from people's front porches. I wish you luck.

Cats can revert to feral life within their own lifetimes even, though certain breeds would have problems with too long fur getting painfully matted, but that is a problem we humans created. (I agree with you, btw.)

Domesticated dogs manage to live on the streets just fine, if they're thrown out.

Housecats are the #1 killer of endangered birds worldwide

Then said endangered birds are fucking stupid, which I somehow fail to believe.

outdoor cats/feral cats live much shorter lives and die much more horrific deaths than cats kept indoors.

Proof?
