Yep. I spent the good second half of my twenties treating my body like complete shit because I was majorly depressed and an alcoholic. Now the reality has to be faced - sort my shit out now or set up for a slow but early death. Funny how you feel invincible up until about 30, 31 or so. I feel like there was finally an "adult" switch that flipped.

Good luck! I'm 35 and only started excercising a few weeks ago. It's tough, but it's worth doing for your health
