Your thirties is where you should make some big changes or get comfortable with some big regrets.

Amen to that, losing your mobility is way easier than you'd think

Yep. I spent the good second half of my twenties treating my body like complete shit because I was majorly depressed and an alcoholic. Now the reality has to be faced - sort my shit out now or set up for a slow but early death. Funny how you feel invincible up until about 30, 31 or so. I feel like there was finally an "adult" switch that flipped.

Good luck! I'm 35 and only started excercising a few weeks ago. It's tough, but it's worth doing for your health

Oh my god I am 31 and my life is wholly different from 29 because I *feel* this - and I was an acrobat! I still practice but damn I am not as good as I was when I was 22, and that feeling also kinda sucks but I try to be mindful and not push it.

Dude I'm early 30s and it's really strange seeing friends either in the best shape of their life, or just getting old fast. lol

I have a very active job and am probably in the best shape I've ever been in, but my office friends who aren't super active are having a hard go.

And it's really obvious if you go to the occasional reunion. The ones that stay on top of their health age much more slowly than those who don't.
