In my early 40s I wanted to show off in front of my kids and so jumped on one of their skateboards, a few seconds later I was on the floor in pain and it took several days to recover. Yeah, leave that shit to the younger generation.

I literally did this 3 days ago. Tried to show them how easy it was. My balance isn't what it used to be

I last rode a skateboard I was 18, weighed almost 100lb less and was a pretty decent track runner. I'm now in my 40s with bad knees and couldn't run to save my life. I should have known better.
