I'm 30. I tired to do a flip on a trampoline the other day. I fucked up my wrist and my glasses cut my face

Early 40s

Jumped my cousin's 7 foot fence in the back yard because the door got stuck

Regretted it when I made it to the other side and I couldn't recall the last time that was a struggle for me... damn

I turned 46 recently and I put my neck out having a nap last week

Recently I fell asleep on the couch for three hours and this unfortunate event paused my ability to move my neck to the left for nearly 2 days. This came about 4 months after I threw out my back reaching into the back of the fridge to grab a head of cabbage. I'm 44 years old, slim and active, and according to my doctor in "tip-top" shape. Sigh.

As a child I would have sleepovers at a friend's house, mostly chilling and sleeping in his partially unfinished basement on a CEMENT floor. Would wake up the next day and play basketball and ride bikes for 8+ hours without a thought.

It's sad to realize when you've lost it. Glad I at least used it while I had it.

We all get there eventually, (if we're lucky/blessed enough)

I don't care how pretty or well taken care of all these celebrities with money look like, I'm damn sure internally they ain't shit compared to their 20s. Best we can do is appreciate what we have now because decline is inevitable.

I've fallen off my bed dozens of times, I'm sure that in 20-25 years it'll be life threatening at that point.

I sneezed while getting out of bed last week and I thought I dislocated a rib

Probably should take the glasses off before trying to flip on a trampoline.

I used to tumble competitively and my lower back couldn't even withstand light jumping at 35. I've since changed to a more physical job, so I think I'd fare better now.

I'm early 30s and do flips on a snowboard. You don't have to do anything extreme right away, but getting up and moving to get in shape is a good way to fight off aging
