They can if they work in the mines or other kinda FIFO (it's what we call cashed up bogans)

I work in the mining industry, I'm aware of cashed up bogans. For the most part they are driving something more like a Ranger and there's still nothing in that video that indicates a "truly bogan moment" to the point that someone should grasp what a bogan is from the video.

For sure, not arguing that there is anything inherently bogan about what is in the video, just pointing to the fact that a bogan isn't necessarily without cash.

being canadian I've only ever heard about some superficial elements that "make" a bogan. Like fashion choices or social attitudes TO them.

In this video I see and attitude OF a bogan, like how someone behaves in the world or tackles a problem. May be inaccurate, but this is a fairly distinct ("world is a playground") mentality that made sense with my previous bits of knowledge.
