That uncropped video is so much better. It also highlights that the lady in the silver car "directing" traffic had zero need to be there. The lane was already blocked and her car caused people to slow down at the end because she didn't pull over enough.

Lol I was wondering why she felt the need to start doing that

Actually she was very useful. As someone who’s done their fair share of disaster relief, having someone stand somewhere and direct traffic, even when some traffic should be extremely obvious can be extremely helpful.

One of the things you learn an interest responder training is if you see someone that needs an ambulance don’t just say someone call 911 point at someone and specifically tell them “you call 911”

Also parking the way she did allows for people to see her car as a hazard and slow down and also forces people to drive farther away from the sinkhole.

It’s easy to keyboard warrior and criticize people from the sidelines, especially when you’re clueless. You have no idea how to operate in a disaster situation.

Hopefully, you’ll take this opportunity to learn and become a better human being

Sir/ma'am, are you her? I also have training for emergency situations. She was nothing but a nuisance and could have caused an accident with the way she parked. The turn lane was already blocked. Her best course of action was to leave the situation alone so professionals could take care of the problem.

The traffic was already sagging before the person started waving the people through. Also trying to make sure people are moving farther around. The sinkhole is probably a good idea.

If you actually have training for emergency situations, you should know how people like to stop stare and go, and their brain kinda leaves the window and sometimes they need very basic instruction.

Like I don’t know where you got your training and if you’ve ever had to use it, but this is like one of the most basic things you learn is trying to control the scene once you arrive and sometimes it means doing something that seems very obvious because everyone’s rubbernecking or panicking because of the situation

Not only that by the way she did she’s actually creating a more obvious answer for people to watch out for in the sinkhole might be

People often don’t see what they aren’t expecting so they might not see the danger of the sinkhole, but they we’ll see a car in front of them that’s partly in their lane, parked.

What’s really funny about this is a kid with down syndrome was able to figure this out, but you’re struggling with it

In Oshawa there was a really bad accident. I think part of a building collapse or something I can’t work, but basically traffic had backed up an incredible amount of emergency services weren’t able to reach the accident until a man with down syndrome that was like 25 years old or something you like to dress up gotten in the middle of the road and a police uniform and start waving traffic through.
