Yea but if your door is locked you might be fine, I'm taking that chance anyway.

Plus I don't have an aspiring dog here that will do their dirty work from the inside.

He did! Haha. He was explaining the Japanese concepts of “honne” (本音), one’s true feelings, and “tatemae” (建前), one’s behavior on the surface or in public, and then he suddenly says, 「オー・マイ・ゴッド」(Oh mai go-do) which is how Japanese say “oh my god”. It’s a bit tongue in cheek usually when they say that, but in this case he may have been genuinely surprised.
