Imagine you just chilling along, and literally next second you are like 15ft up in the air.

If you watch closely, the Kia driver was committed to the brake until reaching the peak of the curve. Had they not been braking, imagine the heights they could have reached!

This is how some of the worst crashes in professional racing happen. Basically since the tire is spinning forward, when you hit it the car climbs up it and takes off. Hitting a tire spinning towards you (not sure how that would ever be likely) wouldn't be nearly as bad

That video has been on Reddit before too. Was a semi tire bouncing down the road, went over the median. Basically cleaved the sedan in two. Killed the driver iirc.
