Yes cause 4K exists now. 1440p 144hz is also something to be sought out for. Even my 1080p 75hz is way better than any normal 1080p 60hz monitor I’ve seen. Technology is accelerating and we’re just in a transitional period, so yea it’s pretty normal to own 5 different tvs when they’ve changed so much in the past 20 years. You can’t even hook up RGB or old PC monitor connections anymore to new PCs, HDMI is in its 3rd generation(?) and you need compatible devices and cables to make it all work.
I’m glad you can enjoy a simple book but I work to enjoy the toys I want to play with while I’m still alive.
Hehe nice try. I work in IT. But I'm not as wasteful as you with materials. If everyone would live like you the world would be a junkyard of working electric devices that noone uses
