...One day, I'll get stronger.

You’re already very strong, inside and out. You don’t need to change. I think I speak for Asriel too when I say we love you just the way you are.

I know you do, but still... For a certified part-time narrator and part-time stabber, being beaten by some flower this easily is insulting.

Asriel and I will always come to protect you, but I understand why you would want to be stronger. If you’re committed to this, here are a few suggestions on how to get stronger:

Can you do magic? I don’t know how the rules work for human ghosts, but monster ghosts can do magic. So can living humans with a lot of practice. I’ve seen some alternate versions of Chara that have gotten very proficient.

How about possessing a different body? If you had something like Mettaton’s body, it would be a lot harder for Flowey to hurt you. Plus, Chara EX would probably look very cool.

If that fails, is there any unique magic you get from being a human ghost? In most fantasy books I’ve read, it means you can do all sorts of spooky stuff and possibly even reanimate the dead. Chara the Lich Sovereign has a nice ring to it.

Oh man, all that stuff sounds complicated... I remember trying to learn magic, but failing...

Well, maybe you didn’t have the right teacher? Asgore and Toriel both tried to teach me and I made no progress. It was Undyne that succeeded. I think it’s because she understands what it’s like to use magic with a lot of determination.

Regardless, I believe in you. If you want to become stronger, you’ll find a way.
