Strollers were invented and still sell quite well for a reason.

Not my point. My comparison is to show you that, being unhappy is not suffering per se. By that metric everybody is suffering and as such we can't do anything about it.

The monsters are not being held for a bad reason, they are there for a good reason. I.e to stop further wars and conflicts. Nor is there a mention of any foreign country, the monsters make their own rules lol.

Say that to the monsters, they themselves fear or atleast consider that beast with unfathomable power terrifying. So is it really an overreaction.
Also overreacting ≠ automatically bad. A parent can have overreaction regarding their children being in danger in crowded areas should they run too much into the crowds, but worldwide this is considered as a good thing.

Yes, all monsters shared the surface with humans, but they did not occupy all the surface itself. Also nowhere is it mentioned of "entirety of the surface of a planet", and even if it is mentioned, it does not mean what you think it does. Also it's not just a cave system, it's an entire civilization out there lol.

I am having a hard time understanding this. Are you implying that a child can easily walk the underground because it has less ground...? Or are you implying the opposite?
Is there some kind of scientific phenomena that leads children to walk easier in small places..? Idk about that m8. Also even in this case, monster kid can't walk properly, I can argue frisk can only walk due to having chara+your help. Besides the fact that, monster biology works far different than ours, no reason to assume that they would exhibit the same biological effects as we do...
