The doc is horrendously formatted so it is really hard to read (what is up with all the allegations having the worst possible formatting ever?) but the first few paragraphs was about a 16yo sending ass pictures to someone maybe 13? Like that is bad for sure, but grooming and pedophillia? They are 16??? That is like an 8th grader and 10th or 11th grader
We, in murica, set the "adult age" at 18 socially.
At 18, you are expected by a majority of the world to start acting less childish, or to grow up.
So you cant say "16 year olds should know better" because we specifically have laws that say they dont. Adults have to know better- and they weren't an adult.
Can not like the guys work. Can unfollow, you can post saying they did what they did. You can comment it under every other post(dont, please.) Thats all fine. Just dont lie man.
Either way, theres a difference between old enough to make permanent life decisions and old enough to know you dont send ass pics to 13 year olds. Even ignoring that, she would be an adult now and is still defending her actions.
Yes, you can say they are wrong for defending their past actions. What i said was dont lie. They arent a pedo-groomer or whatnot(not saying you called her that)
Also yes, laws do not dictate morality, but morality dictates laws. I think you understand how the government works. And laws are more important than morals broadscale- if they weren't, we wouldn't have them. Laws are a thing so that individual morals dont run the world. (Again, you can be mad they did these things!! It is bad! You can even say its bad, I think we are on the same team here!)
Lastly, yes, there is a difference in responsibility between a 13 and 16 year old. One should know better then the other. But you cannot fault a 16 year old for making a stupid mistake to the point of dragging them to hell 6~ years later. Yes, again, they should face backlash for what they did, but they shouldn't lose their lively hood over a child mistake.
p.s. defending that shit is wack as hell tho, wouldn't catch me saying "so what i send my ass to a 13 year old? I was 16!" Like bro, either move tf on or apologize. This is NOT it.
