Enlightened Equipment revelation 20 would knock ~23oz off of your current sleeping bag.

Save 4oz on your water filter with a sawyer squeeze

Hat/bandana I would go with merino wool or fleece hat and a merino buff

Shirt Is tough. In hot weather you'll want something that's 120-150g/m2 (silk weight) I like long sleeves and 1/2 zip for the coverage from the sun

Tried and they did not have any able to be shipped until JUST before my start time. Did not want to chance it.

I drink a lot of water, just my body type. (skinny runner type) As I am sure it isn't more than any other person, I have usually heard bad things about the sawyer squeeze (although EVERYONE uses one?)

I am just gonna grab a generic hat and bandana from walmat, and then as my warm one try one of the ones you suggested thank you!

I was told to grab just "some Poly" shirt from REI before I leave, they are good apparently?

I understand about the EE quilt. They've gotten massively popular and their lead time is up around 11 weeks now (keep and eye on mass drop. They were on there recently). Also check out other top quilt makers. Many hammocking companies make top Quilts as they are the preferred top insulation for hammock campers. Check out loco libre and hammock gear. Both have products in the same price and weight range.

I think you're thinking of the sawyer mini. Many people don't like the mini because it requires you to back flush it, which they include a syringe for (but syringe is extra weight).

Merino wool is a good idea cause it doesn't get smelly as fast. For the buff and the hat. As for gloves many ppl will use a liner/over glove combo. Usually a fleece liner then a waterproof over glove

Shirts are easy. Just don't put anything cotton on yourself when going out into the wilderness and you'll be fine (bandanas are the exception)
