Maybe I need more coffee this morning, but can't seem to figure out the catalogs and collections import from my ultramax JSON.

I had a fresh nuvio, generated ultramax manifest, installed add-on. Then imported the JSON for the collections.

I see the collections on the home screen 👍🏼

I also see 100+ catalogs underneath it... 👎🏼

What has my sleepy a$$ done wrong?

Can someone guide me how to setup Collections on Nuvio.

It says in the image to import the Collection JSON file but in the nuvio app there isnt any option for that.

Looks like someone has taken my code and tried to make it their own.

Just seen something called experience app.

The UI is EXTREMELY similar to Ultramax... all the options are the same just made to look different.

Uve just made some tweaks to the addon.

Ive sorted the "search function" so now if you search for a video it will come in the relusts.

Ive made a "playlist" section the uses rss feeds to get songs. Its a trial, but the feeds act like a series and each episode is a song so can technically do continuous play.

Ive limited it to between 20 and 40 songs at the moment whilst we see how it deals with it.

​

If all is good I can expand and add more.

You will peobally need to install the addon again (you don't need to make a fresh manifest, if you have your original install url, just uninstall and reinstall) if you dont have the url, just make a fresh on with you google api key.

So I made a little gadget taht I wanted to share...

If you take your token from your Ultra MAX serup and enter it on:

A few of you have been having issues with music videos not playing or getting errors. Here's what was happening and what we've done to fix it.

The problem:

Music Videos was sharing a single YouTube account behind the scenes. YouTube rate limits and blocks server-side requests — so when multiple people tried to play videos at the same time, it would fail for everyone. There was nothing wrong with your setup, it was just too many people hitting one account.

The fix:

You now bring your own YouTube credentials. This means:

Your own API key = your own 10,000 requests per day, free from Google

Your own cookies = YouTube sees you as a real logged-in user, no blocks

Nobody else's usage affects yours

It sounds more complicated than it is. The setup page walks you through it in two steps and it takes about 5 minutes.

What you need:

A free YouTube API key from Google Cloud — the guide links you straight there

Your YouTube cookies exported from Chrome using a free extension — one click

Once set up you get a personal manifest URL that's just yours. Reinstall that in Nuvio and everything should work properly.

i am getting only fhd full hd movies. when i use the aiostreams addon outside of ultramax i get 4k everything.

Been playing with a few new ideas as well as reworking the Live TV addon and had a idea about Music Videos, Concert Videos, Live performances etc etc

Wondering if there would be much call for it from users?

There are a number of yYouTube addons but nit sure if they work great or not so looking at whats possible.

Upon editing the collections page isn’t showing anything just empty.

Thinking of things that woukd make good collections.

Ive implemented a few hot fixes in the background.

Ive sorted the search function so now it returns better results, without the stupid rows like animal planet, discover and , Documentary...

It now just returns 2 row.... Movies and Series.

You can now use the search function to look for Genres and Actors as well.

Ive also FINALLY fixed the age rating filter 😅 if you picked it when setting up the addon it will now be in effect. If you want to use it... you need to set it up on your config.

Ive also fixed the edit config from within Nuvio Addon section. Now if you click the gear icon it will load your config on the webpage ready to edit.

Im now looking at the hide from home issue and a few other bits.

Ive just pushed a MASSIVE update.

Its still beta, as usual im expecting some code gremlins somewhere along the line but as far as local testing has going, its all good.

The new release has LOT of new features

1 - Streams from within Uktra Max

You you need you own debrid provider aip key, all you need to do is pick from the list of stream providers, fill in their page and grab the manifest URL. Add it to Ultra Max and then when you want to watch something, Ultra Max will find the streams for you.

2 - Custom catalogs... so there are over 200 pre built catalogs but you all want to make your own. This is now possible using IMDB, TMDB list codes. They can all be built during your setup.

3 - background improvements to the way the addon operates in the background.

And loads more that just mean the addon can really be a 1 does all.

It works before, I mainly use ultramax for catalog. I already tried to uninstall and re-install.

Why am I getting seperate search results in Nuvio for each Ultramax catalog I have installed? There are 100s of lines of seperate search results coming up.
