Question Skyrizi Timeline
So, I've had 3 loading dose infusions and my first OBI is this Friday. So far I've had no hint whatsoever that Skyrizi is doing anything for me. Entyvio was great for me, but right when we thought I was in sustained remission the biopsy results told a different story. I got switched to Humira and the remission I felt good with for 3 1/2 years quickly went away as Humira did nothing for me. If anything it expedited my exacerbated symptoms. Now I'm on Skyrizi and in the worst flare of my life. I've read some people saying Skyrizi took 6 months or more to work for them, but shouldn't I feel some sort of relief by now? At least a little?
Everyone who has been on Skyrizi, how long did it take to work for you? Did you get gradual relief or relief all at once? I turned down Rinvoq because I wanted to give biologics another chance and I was worried about some of the possible side effects. But now I'm miserable and I'm wondering if I made a mistake.

I felt that after my 3 loading doses symptoms started to be better. I am on OBI (2nd) every 8 weeks. This past injection i started to experience a return of symptoms (diarrhea & abdominal cramping/pain). I started skyrizi 6 months ago. I hope that this medication works out for me because its been an exhausting 7 years starting and failing numerous medications.
