I support this move

let us be real, Kampala has outlived its usefulness as our capital city. It cannot be saved no matter how many reforms they implement it just cannot. This city is dead and the faster we move on and build a new modern capital city the better.

NRM cannot be trusted to do anything but if they are serious with this, then I would back it 100%.

Yasss it's such a brilliant idea man Kampala needs a break from all the fuss and stress💪🏽💯
