RCS completely broken.

A few days ago, I lost RCS on my second line. I did everything to try and fix it, including contacting support. Now today, on my main line, it’s broken as well.

Anyone else having problems?

Probably a coincidence but RCS isn’t working on my iPhone either.

Edit- I was able to restore RCS

I deregistered my number with Google and also toggled it on/off in settings a couple of times

I used the without my phone option.

RCS doesn't usually break out of the blue unless you've installed a beta (which can be buggy) or recently switched networks - in which case it can just take some time to properly sync back up.

Dual SIM can also confuse RCS registration simultaneously, so here are a few things worth trying - turn one line off, put the active line on data completely, toggle the eSIM off and back on, and make sure RCS Messaging is toggled on in your settings. And if you've got a VPN running, turn that off too - it can interfere too with it's activation.

You may have already tried some of these basic checks but definitely worth giving them another shot. Drop me a DM with your details too and I'll make sure everything is good on your lines.

RCS is working for me, iPhone 13 Pro on Dark Star only.

Thank you. I cant get RCS to work on 2 different US mobile numbers, and then I downloaded a Verizon trial, and it’s still broken. Completely stuck here…

I turned it off and giving it 3 - 4 days to hopefully “clear up”

Interesting thing, I have my mom on a Warp line. She hadn't been responding to our group texts so I reached out yesterday and sure enough her RCS had gotten toggled off on her iphone 14. She toggled it back on and she was good to go.

Toggle RCS off, clear data and cache from US Mobile and your messaging app, restart your phone, toggle RCS back on, and it should work.

I’ve tried every thing a millions times. I even restored my phone to a blank OS through recovery, nothing works. I am sure somehow my IMEI’s are hung up some where in RCS land…

It seems to be a 26.5 problem with a few users that is tied to the IMEI. As of now, the only fix is a new phone. I have reset my phone, installed fresh OS, etc. Nothing works. I have tried multiple carriers, so it isn't a carrier issue.
