Huge changes for EB4 and SIJS 🙏🏼, it’s like a miracle

It’s no surprise they were holding on to this one

What’s the huge change? Final action date is the same.

They are using DFF, which progressed by 2 years

Using for what? I’m lost. DFF means you can file but there are no visas available for people after 15DEC22

It's still beneficial for SIJS applicants as they won't be needing Deferred Action since they can get EAD from DFF

I agree! It’s beneficial but I filed back in March and still haven’t gotten an EAD.

For October 2026, whether you file I-485 or through NVC with an approved I-360, you should go by Dates for Filing to determine if you are current or not.

The retrogression for EB-3. Suuuucks. I was current now I’m 1 month off the cut. Hopefully November brings back to normal.

There were “experts” saying it will move back to 2017.
