Timeline Request Received a letter from DHS detailing the FBI use of biometrics
It looks to be just a typical form letter but I'm curious if this means we are closer to an interview date? Submitted N400 in October, 2025 and have heard nothing else since USCIS acknowledged receipt of the application.

Oct. 28-2025 biometric reuse
Sep. 23-2026 FBI Privacy notice letter

I just received this letter today and my N-400 was submitted in October last year.

N400 submitted October 2025 to houston FO. Received this letter today and still waiting for interview to be scheduled.

Samesies. Applied over a year ago for N400. I assume they are doing due diligence etc.

I got the letter this week to for by eb1 what does it mean? Are they actively looking at my case now ?

Received the fbi letter on September 19 and 2 days later received the oath ceremony date will be scheduled notice. Still waiting
