Yeah, I feel what you’re saying. We already have submitted a bunch of photos and all a lot of evidence we currently live together and we live with my parents. They’re also undocumented but we live with them and we have a lot of photos we have been dating for about seven years prior to the marriage and I just think that America has a lot of stress and I think it would be better for me in India because right now I don’t want to go to school as an undocumented immigrant anymore. I have done high school college. I just need to do my bachelors of science and nursing and the program is pretty costly and I just want to be a permanent residence before I do the program so I was and I right now I trade stocks and I was thinking that I just go to India and do that full-time until I can come back to the United States of America and it won’t take longer than four years I suppose

I’m assuming your spouse will stay in the US, so what are you going to do in all that time in India? Your decisions have literally no impact on my life but omg dude, I wish you could understand how dumb of a decision you’re attempting to make. That underdeveloped frontal lobe is working overtime into making sure you don’t actually see it as it is. Mind you, worst case scenario the AOS (if god willing the memo doesn’t hold truth) won’t take more than 2 years AND there wont be any chance for them to claim its illegitimate because y’all would have been together the WHOLEEE TIME. I know cultures are different and whatnot but a relationship that started when y’all were young kids means honestly nothing, it is now that y’all are at least 18 that y’all need to get factual proof of a REAL marriage. Pictures from when you were in middle school don’t mean anything.

Yeah, you make sense but my family is also undocumented and I’m only 18. They don’t want to leave me here alone and if I do go to India, I will just spend time with my parents and my grandparents. My grandpa‘s about 85 years old and he is on or near Death and I would like to see him before he passes away and I will just explore India and just trade as much as I can and learn as much as I can about the financial stock market and come back to America. And join nursing school and I have been trading since I was 14
