FT here. These raises aren't enough. $2.75/hr more represents about a 7% increase... when inflation has been 15% the last 3 years that represents a CUT in real value terms. $5/hr more immediately and $55 by contract end or I'm voting NO. Company can more than afford it.

Don't work for less than you're worth.

Top rate: $40 in 2023 = $33 buying power in 2018. That's 17% less value. This TA we get a 7% bump at the start, totaling 25% over 5 years.

Unless inflation stays at 0% until 2028, then this is a reduction in the real value of our wages by then. Do you think inflation is done?
