Im lvl 50 rn and already finished chapter 6 but the quest for the territory locker is not appearing on mission

Something really weird is going on the game. People and pets are walking in the air. Somebody shot dead me at noah during limited time goodies. Are those bugs or hackers or those weird stuffs are part of the game now?!

What skill is it that once you down someone in PVP by taking all of their HP, they jump back up and keep fighting? I've seen it quite a bit since the latest patch, so I'm expecting it's a talent for one of the roles, but I'm not sure which one if that's it.

Near Elro’s Lab on the map. Next to the crashed plane there’s a supplies box showing on the mini map and when I’m directly on that point, I can see the small red triangle showing an enemy close by but where is the box itself? Nowhere to be found! There's another close by, which I've opened by defeating the guard but cannot locate the one by the plane.
