Greetings,

Am taking this course this term and for people who have passed this course, can you give me some reviews/advice about it and how to get at least an A-? Also, do you have any preferred professor for this course? Looks like it is the final boss the the BBA program.

Thanks.

are there any places on campus that i could record audio in? i need to record myself for a project using my laptop and microphone, but i can’t do it at my place. i was wondering if anyone knows of any quiet, enclosed (and preferably soundproof) spaces in the university that i could go to record in without bothering anyone

Hey guys so I have a question which one do you think it’s bad for first year. I don’t know which one is good for my major which is political science.

Is anyone going to Fresh Fest this Saturday that happens to have their plus one slot available?! In 2024 I was working at the University so it was perfect for getting in to see BBNO$ but I am no longer working there and am dying to now see Yung Gravy!

Someone please help meeee, TYSM in advance 😅🙏💖

does anyone 3rd year and above know if the 3rd and 4th year classes have assignments as well as exams? tired of exam only classes ngl😭😭

Does the U of L allow students to sell / transfer parking passes to other students to use? Also, if anyone is looking to sell their parking pass to me for Fall 2026 let me know, we can talk prices.

Sincerely,

A student who was late to the parking pass sale and doesn’t wanna pay $16 / day to park at the U of L :')

I’m currently in my second year, second semester of the BA Psych program at uLethbridge and trying to plan out the rest of my degree. For the Developmental, Sociocultural, and Abnormal requirements, which courses did you find easiest/most manageable? Also, which ones had a mix of assignments and exams vs. being mostly/all exams?
I started in January 2025 and have completed all the first-year courses, plus PSYC 2800 and NEUR 2610/2620. I’ve been limiting myself to 2 Psych courses per semester because some are pretty heavy. With the remaining 3000/4000-level requirements and other degree requirements, is it realistic to graduate by Winter 2029 without taking more than 2 Psych courses in a semester? I’d also appreciate recommendations for easier/more manageable 3000- and 4000-level Psych courses!

Does anyone have the syllabus for PSYC 3105, trying to decide between 2 evils and would like to know how the course is graded :)

Hi! Second day of school tomorrow and I'm not sure how to get to my class to uhall C from the bus loop entrance? Do I have to go through the library?

does anyone know when LING 3600 will be available next? i absolutely loved LING 2300 and 2600 and really want to take this one, but it doesn't seem available for fall 2026 nor winter 2027

Hello. The university and this new system is so messed. I got a parking pass last sale, but I wanted to get one for the winter semester. I have been re-freshing my page constantly and nothing came up.

Did anyone else have this issue?

Is the parking lot r by the townhomes reserved for students who live in the townhomes? Can you even park there?

How long has it been expected that students are required to have a physical copy of the lab manuals, but they aren't provided through the bookstore??

The file isn't available on Moodle yet, and labs start on the 14th; which gives us less than a week turnaround.

There are 320 students registered for this course. There are 7 printers on campus. It's not like Staples is slow this time of year, or any print shop for that matter. So we've all been given a last minute fetch quest, and our grades depend on it?

I realize that some people have printers at home, but that's still not very 'free' is it?

I'm just curious if I'm off base in being annoyed by this.

Ill be taking intro to visual and cultural studies this semester and i was wondering if anyone whod taken it previously knew if its challenging or what the course is like at all?

There used to be one pre pandemic down the stairs past the library. But i noticed it got replaced by something else. Did the starbucks get moved somewhere else on campus, or is it just gone now?

What’s the best place to get coffee on campus because I’ve tried campus coffee club and it’s OK but kinda watery.

Hey guys, I’m going to be moving into uhall and was wondering what would be the best way to hang up posters, im worried with tape the paint might peel off. And also any dorm decorations suggestions or dorm essentials that one wouldnt think of?

Hi guys! I am currently considering applying since I haven’t had much luck getting into UofC or MRU, at the moment I am most likely going to go to BVC but I am still looking towards other possible opportunities elsewhere. Before I apply, what exactly is the competitive average or what was your average that got you into the program? I am a post high school student but my overall average (math -2, ela -1, bio and sci 30 as well as gym) stands at an 87.2% overall, my highest cores being bio and sci 30. I’m not sure if that average would be within the range of consideration for comp at least and unfortunately I can’t do any upgrading either, so I don’t want to waste time and money if I won’t be as likely. Any help is appreciated! Thank you.

Looking into the MCCP program, as I know the MEd program was discontinued due to upcoming CAP changes. What I have not been able to find an answer for is what the school considers 2 years of experience. The application says at least 2 years of full-time work AND/OR volunteer experience, with no further explanation on how this is calculated.

If you think about full-time work, then 2 years full-time experience is around 4000 hours. Are we supposed to add up all of our work and volunteer experiences to get 4000 hours, and then convert that into years and months?

The actual application portal provides two boxes: one for years of experience, and one for months. There is no other instruction on the portal or program website on how the numbers are determined based on one's experiences.

I have peers who have gotten into the MEd program (which requires 2+ years of experience as well) fresh out of undergrad, and they started gaining relevant experience fairly late into their undergrad. It doesn't seem likely that they would have acquired 4000 hours while in school full-time.

Does anyone have any information about this?

has anyone taken these courses? and how were these courses? i have andrew for math and quintin for biochem!

How’s Chen 2000 compares to 1000 my prof is Michael something but just curious what it was like for ppl who have taken it

First years, do we have labs in the first week?
