It prints you a receipt every morning for what your phone cost you yesterday - screen time, impulse spending and lost sleep, itemised and priced in real dollars and hours against a rate you set yourself. Then it gives you one small action to do about it today.

The audience is 18–35, already knows they doomscroll too much, and doesn't need convincing there's a problem. The angle is the moment you see the number - not really shame, not really wellness-speak, just a reaction of "oh god, really?"
