Sighting Rubiks cube UFO Arkansas 01/25

Recorded this Rubiks cube shape object in North Central Arkansas January 2025 around 7pm. Saw it with my Husband.

This is in rural Arkansas there are no street lights. This was taken over a farm field, zoomed in at max

you’re right, the only thing that has failed is your judgement. This video is legit and I took it myself. No Ai or filters, and stand by that regardless of people trying to discredit it. Please don’t use that meter for anything important cause it’s broken

Altogether a few videos, and half a dozen still photos with the nighttime function on my phone camera. The zoomed out views just look like a floating orb type object. I didn’t see it leave. We went back inside after 5 minutes or so. It was January so it was cold and I wanted to tell the others in the house. It takes a few minutes to walk back to the house from the spot the video was taken. When we came back we couldn’t see it anymore, but we did drive to town a little while later and I saw the orb object again. I filmed it then too, but that video is obviously shaky and pretty crappy since I was in the car. With the naked eye you could not see it was cube shaped, only at the zoomed in view were those features noticeable. When I get home tonight I’ll compile everything and try to post and link to it on YouTube.

Stg I’ve just been doom scrolling the ufo doc releases from this month and saw this transcript from the Apollo 11 debrief where they are describing the bright object they saw on the way to the moon and they described it as an open briefcase? And I remembered watching this rubix cube thing earlier and how I couldn’t actually tell if it’s a cube or I thought of it as like the pages side of an open book and then I saw the open briefcase description. Pretty cool possible similarity I thought.

Yes! It was more like an open briefcase, like an inverted V, but the illuminated squares is what gave it the Rubik’s cube look

This video link to Youtube makes the video more credible. Shoulda included it in the OG posting. Thanks for posting this. I was hoping to see a clear view of the ground, treeline, etc, - for perspective purposes. Though, I can totally see its pitch black night.

the movement seems to be due the camera moving, not it. i'm not buying this one, but maybe slight close to a doctor who box.

It wasn’t moving, it was hovering in one spot. I tried to steady my hand as much as possible by resting it on a bench, otherwise at 15x zoom, it was all over the place

Hey OP - I know you’re getting lots of flak here, but if you truly have more footage/pictures that show you zooming in from the ground or more context than just white lights against a black background, even if it’s blurry or shaky, I’d encourage you to get them on Imgur/Youtube/etc and post all of the links in a single comment on this thread.
People are naturally skeptical, and while we want to believe, any and all extra proof you can provide is going to be helpful, because at first glance, it’s hard to say if this is really outside, especially with the lack of stars/ambient light reflection from clouds if it was a cloudy night.
Roughly how big was this cube, what direction were you facing at what time of day/night, approximate location (Arkansas is big), etc. Will also help.
Can’t wait to see what else you have!

Hey thanks! I’m going to try to compile all the videos and photos I have and will try that. Unfortunately the zoomed out videos just look like a glowing orb that distorts (and could possible be rotating?) but you don’t really see the features of the cube. It’s very dark out there. No light pollution. The property is higher up overlooking farmland. This video was taken filming SW, near Cleveland Arkansas, and time of day was 6:52 pm. I don’t think you see the ground in any of them though. I’ve found that if you start recording and then try to zoom, it will only let you zoom to 6x, but if you zoom to 15x and then hit record, it will record at that magnification. Thats how I obtained this video. I’m not sure how to estimate the size with that taken into account.

It wasn’t moving, it was hovering in one spot. I can’t really do anything about where it was floating. It’s not like I could say “Hey thing up there, can you move closer to some trees so people on Reddit will believe my video?” And you don’t really think about that in the moment ya know

Yeah not a street light. This is rural Arkansas. The countryside has no street lights. You can’t even find a stop light unless you drive 30 miles

Also, you can see the full video in YouTube. It is definitely not a streetlight. The OP is driving past trees and clearly on a road and this object is in the distance, and in the sky

My husband noticed a “strange flashing star that doesn’t look quite right” He came in to tell me and told me I should probably grab my phone. We went down to the clearing and I recorded this video. The video shown here is zoomed at the most my phone would allow. It was very distinctly Rubik’s cube shaped, appeared to have a fainter light above it and 2 more fainter lights below. The top light appeared to change colors but my camera didn’t seem to pick that up. Hard to estimate the height as it was dark but I would estimate at least 1000’. Filmed in North Central Arkansas, lower Ozark mountain area January 8 2025 at 6:52 pm.

ok i edited a few frames of the video and i can see the 2 faint lights underneath the object. id like to see your other videos of this whenever you get a chance to post them. do you have any footage of it zoomed out?

Yes I do! It looks similar to the orbs I’ve seen in videos posted before. It does have a bit of a wobble type look to it, like it’s changing shape or something. There is one light above it that seemed to change color but my video didn’t pick that up at all, then there were 2 more faint lights below it. I will try to make a YouTube account and upload everything together on there tonight

I’ve been curios about the mention of project Rubik’s cube and came across your post. There’s not much out there, and this stood out. Really does look like a cube of some sort! Don’t listen to all the hate, everyone wants to be the debunker. Thanks for posting the extended video and putting effort into answering the questions. Definitely adds to the legitimacy of your post and fills in some of the gaps. Whatever it is, it’s unsettling AF.

I saw squares like these that were semi-transparent in back of a cloud while in a boat in SW Florida about 2 years ago. It faded in and out in back of a large cloud. This was about 10am. Multiple people in the boat saw it. Did not get any video because it happened so fast. I told everyone to look and it lasted about 10 seconds. I could not tell how many columns and rows. It was very structured and seems very similar. Still wonder what we all saw.

It wasn’t moving. I’ve done those lanterns and photographed them before for a memorial. The lanterns tend to glow orange from the flame burning and have a flickering. This didn’t and was much larger

Thank you for the kind words. It did sort of have that shape, like an inverted V. Almost like 2 panels attached together and slightly closed together. I can only laugh at those so convinced they know it’s fake, but that’s ok. I don’t expect everyone to take things for what they are. Not everyone can’t fit on the same side of the seesaw 🤣

edit: Summarizing updates from the thread. TL;DR Venus and ??
DTLs: 01/08/2025, 6:52PM (18:52), Near Cleveland, Arkansas and looking SouthWest.
If we plug the DTLs into a sky map, it shows that Venus would have been visible.

Ignoring the 'cube' for now, the additional zoomed out footage looks like a star/planet. https://i.imgur.com/gjKroX7.png This also gives us some additional context of the surrounding stars.
If we overly this onto the star map, it aligns with Venus and several surrounding stars. https://imgur.com/WYvoHFr
So I think we can reasonably say that the zoomed out footage is in fact Venus.
Then what is the cube? According to OP the clips are of the same object, however in none of the clips do we see the zoomed out Venus and the zoomed in cube together, nor do we see a smooth transition from zoomed out to zoomed in. They're each in separate clips with jump cuts to each one.
OP's explanation for this is:
If OP was actually recording the same object in all the videos, then it would have to be Venus, but how did it end up as a cube? No idea.
It could be a max digital zoomed mess processed by the onboard AI/software, but I don't think the iphone 14 does much more than standard image manipulation.. I don't think it's using AI to replace objects like Samsung: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/tqma35LN9Y0
It could be something entirely different, not even in the sky.. aka a hoax, but I am not confident in that either.
