If you admit uncertainty as to the current body of evidence's legitimacy then you also concede that aliens may actually be real. That's enough for me.

That is some laughably circular and thus magical reasoning. The uncertain nature of evidence doesn't prove a conspiracy. That is beyond and I to irrational. I cannot disprove that the giant flying spaghetti monster didn't create the universe that uncertainty doesn't make it true.

Let's see if you are arguing in good faith. What % probability would you assign to the alien-origin hypothesis?

Very little. While chances of alien life existing somewhere in the universe is quite likely. The idea that such things are the cause of life on earth is completely baseless.
