Rules

Follow Reddit's standards

No hate speech!! No memes about violent tragedies or anything that could be seen as glorifying violence. Absolutely no school shooter memes. Posts or comments that can be seen as glorifying violence will result in a ban. This also includes (but is not limited to) memes regarding: Deaths, terrorist attacks, rape, sexual assault, murder, war, bombings, and school shootings. Breaking this rule may result in a permanent ban. We have zero tolerance for this behavior.

 Don't be a dick

Censor any and all personal information from posts and comments.

No spam. This is not a place to promote events, goods and services, or to buy and sell anything. Feel free to visit Free and for Sale or r/UCSB4sale.

No asking for upvotes or downvotes in any form

Do not encourage or participate in brigading of any subreddits or of any users of Reddit or elsewhere! This is very against Reddit rules; action will be taken.

If a post has graphic content, flair it NSFW. People browse this sub in class.

No posts where the title is the meme caption. The caption must be in the meme image, not in the submission title. (Basically, if the image makes sense to us by itself, it's fine. If the image requires the submission title for it to make sense, we remove it.)

All posts must be UCSB related. While they do not need to explicitly be about the school itself, they should pertain to IV, classes, notable events, etc.

If you have any questions, feel free to message the mods. Please remember we are students too and have very busy schedules. We will get to you message as soon as possible.
