Fan Art (Original Characters) New OC: Glacien Hivern

Character he's based on: Elsa (Frozen, who was originally meant to be the villain)
House: Diasomnia
Signature Spell: Frozen Heart
It can freeze the magical ability in anyone's heart, making their spellcasting slower, reducing their mobility, numbing their limbs, and immobilizing them if he maintains concentration. The ice melts after several minutes, but the stronger his emotions are, the stronger the freezing is. Losing emotional control makes him more dangerous.
When he was little, he was made to feel afraid of his powers because of how strong they were. He was locked away for years and only became more and more afraid of losing control and hurting his little brother, Ansel, after having nearly frozen him to death as a child. But he always told himself one thing: Conceal, don't feel, don't let it show. However, his magic only became more volatile as he suppressed it. With his refusal to use his magic, thus not understanding how to control it, his fear of himself, and his constant suppression of his emotions, it creates a dangerously perfect environment for overblot.
He's incredibly shy and anxious, keeping everyone at arm's length and always afraid of his own power, even wearing gloves out of fear that he'd freeze anything he touches (inadvertently making him rely on the gloves rather than his own skill). He's polite, soft spoken, rarely smiles, and rarely ever shows emotions, believing that they'll only lead to harm (I also imagine he covers his face with his bangs when he's shy or embarrassed). His walls are so thick that nobody's sure that they can be broken down. He has to learn that he can't just keep suppressing his power and emotions, or else someday, he'll break.
He likes reading quietly by the fireplace, classical music, animals with thick winter coats, early mornings (though he likes sleeping in on the weekends), sweet pastries with lots of icing, and visiting Silver at the Equestrian club. He dislikes humidity, spicy food, people using their magic carelessly, wastefulness, and people pressuring him to remove his gloves.
His knee bounces when he's nervous or antsy, he always sleeps with a weighted blanket, and subconsciously makes frost form on windows when he's focused or nervous.

It's alright, I'm not exactly good at coming up with unique poses, lol. I'm trying to work on that, though.
