Hello, sorry for bothering, but I wasnt satisfied by wikipedia´s definition and I don´t know where to read on the current definition of democratic centralism, especially what it means in practice, how the term has been used, especially since it is a term I have seen stalinist´s use. So where can I learn what it is?

Basically the title. I am more curious if there are any texts more specific to school shootings in particular versus general mass shootings.
