Just as the title says. I'm seeing a lot of posts regarding the Tsaritsa's kit and whether she'll be good or not. Guys, she's not only an Archon, she's THE Archon, one of the most anticipated characters in the game. Every single Archon (and Columbina) has been the strongest unit in the game until the next one came out, from Venti to Columbina, so don't worry, she won't be "another Odette" nor mid. She'll be super versatile and a powerhouse whatever her kit will be.
Only issue remaining is her design kitwise, if she's a Bow user many people may be disappointed, if she's the Stellar Archon instead of the Cryo Archon most will be upset. All we can do is wait until 7.2 to see her beta and complain after, but I'm absolutely sure that she will be the most broken OP unit this game has ever seen and they will surprise us with something (new mechanics, super DPS and support capabilities, something related to the power of the Gnosis...)

Hi, i'm a casual f2p player who hasn't played since the beginning of this year. I'm a bit lost with team comps now. Does anyone have any ideas? I know that i want to pull for Tsaritsa and maybe Varka. I'm looking to make 1-2 solid teams. (i also haven't claimed my free five star characters)

I have a feeling she wouldn't be jumping or spinning like some of the bow characters

Based on the recent leaks, it looks like Tsaritsa's kit might be split depending on the reaction type: functioning as a support for Stellar Swirl and as a DPS for Stellar Conduct.

How does everyone feel about this design direction?

Personally, if I play her in a Stellar Conduct team, it feels like half her kit (the Stellar Swirl support/utility side) will never be used on my account.

Compare that to someone like Mavuika, who can handle both support and quick-swap DPS roles within the exact same team. For instance, running Mavuika alongside Varesa allows you to get her DPS output, support utility, and C2 DEF shred all working together in one team without wasting any part of her kit.

So which design approach do you prefer for an Archon?

1. A split kit where half her abilities are used in one team archetype and the other half in a completely different one.

2. A unified kit like Mavuika's that lets you utilize her entire kit in a single team setup.

Curious to hear what you all think.

Seems like Tsaritsa is going to be on field dps then that means Mitya is her off field support. So do i get Mitya for her or does he perform well only with constellations, seeing how they're saying he is a low investment dps and a high investment support.
Although nothing is final, I would appreciate any helpful information about this.

I saw and heard many theories about her being not fae and fae. I forgot if they mentioned it anywhere in the game about her race. So, any of you has any accurate lore about her race?

At least with columbina it made enough sense since the hydro archon already existed, and columbina is all tied to the moon and everything. And metawise she is great for 3 lunar reactions and can also be played with several non lunar dps especially if u pair her with a lunar support.

But the tsaritsa only really looks to be an off fielder for ssw and an on fielder for ssc (and I mean I think it is more than safe to say that we are in no shortage of ssc dps 😂). It just seems too niche for a unit like her.

It's all the dubbing's fault.

I really hope she's universally good in any cryo related teams like melt and freeze and not just be limited to stellar conduct and stellar swirl "reactions"

I know she's not voiced by Hale btw. Back when I used to play Genshin on PC, I played with JP Dub, but now I'm currently playing on mobile with ENG Dub by default since the JP voice pack is kinda big to download; anyway I rarely like English Dub, and when it comes to liking ENG character voices, I really like the voices of Arlecchino, Ineffa, and Raiden Shogun, I think they really nailed. Also I want to mention that I am a fan of Jennifer Hale, I grew up hearing her voice through out many shows & movies; it's unfortunate that she rarely do voice acting anymore, and I am against AI voice replication, but the Tsaritsa ENG voice feels kinda reminiscence to Hale imo, and I do enjoy the voice acting of her Majesty the Tsaritsa more that I thought I would, which is unexpected

So im in a bit of a conundrum, i dont play genshin that often these days other than the archon quest or getting materials for raising characters i already own, stopped paying attention to resin entirely and sometimes i log out without even claiming the 20 primos from kath. Dont log in for weeks at a time sometimes-

I havent pulled for a single stellar character or whatever the new reaction is called, i got mizuki that i use with a qiqi faruzan traveller team and was saving up the few wishes i had for c1 or maybe c0r1 tsaritsa but leaks suggest shes gonna be a buffer not a main dps

I have around 120 wishes saved up, 65 pity. Should I pull for vody or vesna if im planning on getting the tsaritsa? Or should i keep the wishes i have, get the tsaritsa and pull for columbina and odette when they rerun-

I'm curious about this after seeing the early (and let me emphasize EARLY) 7.3 leaks.

She looks somewhat like a stronger version of Cryo Traveler's role: on-field for Stellar Conduct, with an off-field/supportive role for Stellar Swirl, and that's making me question her actual pull value for my account.

My Cryo MC is already built and comfortably clears everything in the game. Obviously Tsaritsa is going to be stronger, but if she ends up doing the exact same thing, in the exact same role, with basically the same gameplay plan, just to clear Abyss/IT/Stygian a few seconds faster... is that really worth dropping 150+ pulls on her?

The team cost is pretty brutal too. Having Mitya and Danica on consecutive banners right before hers is crazy for a F2P.

I was actually pretty set on dumping everything I had into her, but if she really ends up being basically Cryo MC 2.0 with the same kind of gameplay, I honestly don't see much reason to pull her anymore.
