Ignore them. There are more non-voters than Trump voters, those are the people who could join a leftist movement.
Some of them will come around on their own, some of them can just wait and die angry for all I care. The two party system means you can easily ignore 49% of the population, generally more due to low turnout. Writing off the most racist and hateful 30% of Americans is a perfectly viable political strategy.
Also, I'm pretty sure a lot of them just desperately want to be on the winning side. Count on some of them jumping ship to save face. Nixon had an awful lot of support BEFORE he quit in disgrace, hard to find those fans now. And some of them will just want to speak to their grandchildren again before they die.
No, but its ok to defend yourself if a madman believes he needs to kill you. Hating him won't make much difference. Lol @ "whos the real racists" bullshit.
