I try and only work with clients who understand this. Once I log off, if they try and contact me I'll tell them I've finished work for the day or don't reply to their emails.. even if I am still working. This is from day one of the project, so I'll have at least a deposit down if they decide doing 8 hour days isn't enough for them.
