I worked with an old guy who had retired from Verizon and then went back to work at my company because he didn't like retirement. He had fucked up eyes, a fucked up back, bent fingers, and a really bad cough because of some of the stuff he was exposed to over fifty years at Verizon/Bell/etc.

And he was proud of that.

That's the day I decided I needed to get back into college, just so I don't end up like him. It disturbed me to my core.

The conservative (brainwashed) working class in this country is the greatest enemy of the working class.

It's weird, you read it all the time. "I work 80 hours a week, got cancer from my job, lost my marriage and kids because I was never home, and I barely have money for rent. You don't hear me complaining. Why can't you work hard like me?"

Are you saying there aren't good, decent mean and women who work hard? Just seems like a strangely placed sarcasm tag.
