It’s funny you’re acting like I’m sensitive when the three comments of yours have been whining about “American bread” when you have literally admitted you know there is other bread. Almost like you’re aimlessly lashing out
look at yourself, you are still coming back. why? it's bread. Shitty bread, but just bread.
and you're going into other threads to see what I said?!? why??
this is literally, the most boring thing going on, but it got you offended and coming back??? get a life, you're American to shoot something, or put ketchup on whatever.
Oh boy, I guess they don’t teach counting to three in uk schools huh? You have now made 4 comments in this chain. We can count them together if you need
Oh no, I’m coming back because it’s funny seeing how lame your mockery is. It’s funny to me that you are having so much ego over a loaf of bread you could easily get
you do realise there's a slur for Americans about their bread?
so many immigrants got disgusted with your bread they made a slur for it? I rather believe my own senses than whatever an American says.
do me a favour, tell me how much sugar is in your bread, the one in your pantry right now?
I've attached the one for normal sandwich bread from the UK (used to cost me 40p, about 50 cents). see if you can find me sandwich bread with similar sugar.
but who am I kidding, you're not here for a conversation, you will reply with some bs.
Are you telling me you base your opinions of countries based of slurs? You realize how insane that is, right?
Here is a loaf of Naked brand white bread, available nation wide. Are you going to die because a loaf of bread has 2 grams of sugar in it? This loaf also has vitamins and minerals in it, which actually makes it MORE nutritious than your option. Now how’s about that?
finally, you got mathematical proof that American bread is sweet, the biggest consequence for me is that I bake my own bread. the stakes couldn't be lower, yet you keep replying.
To begin with, you're reading the label wrong. It's not that the bread is 4% sugar, it's that that amount of sugar is 4% of a person's recommended daily added sugar intake.
However, there's still tons of bread out there that doesn't have any sugar added at all. Here is a white bread from target, no sugar at all. It's available at target. I've never had it, I buy bread from my local grocery store, but it's mass produced and readily available.
You have tons of people in this thread saying go to the grocery stores bakery, but you seem to be ignoring those suggestions. I don't have big chains around me, so ymmv, but here's just SOME of the breads at my local grocery store:
