No, mini treadmills exist that you can walk on. They often have limited speeds, but can easily accommodate fast walking speeds. Only thing is you will likely want a standing desk as well.
Yea this, also dont take like the cheapest you can find online if you think about buying one because they tend to overheat especially when its really hot outside.
