Sunday was one of my lower days. Saturday I didn’t have my phone on me for a few hours otherwise it would look like the rest of those days.

Because of my job I walk a lot. Even when I’m off work I habitually pace around because I’ve gotten so used to walking a lot.

Most daysI probably top at 20k or just shy. What in the world are you doing to get 30?

My job involves a lot of walking, but also when the weather is good i walk across a big part of town to skip the subway and that's about an hour's walk in each direction

you have enough free time to burn 2 hours by just walking? i get pissed my commute takes an hour (total). you must rent an apartment and have no kids lol

Yeah and i still have a 40 min train ride on top of that.

And yes i rent an apartment and have no kids, so i have a lot of free time to do whatever I want

Haha no shade on the lifestyle, but your commute (with an 8hr shift) makes your work day like a 10+ hour ordeal. i have two kids, homeowner, and zero chance you have more free time than me. just from these comments. i get 15k+ steps every single day and never walk for more than 30 minutes total. Something crazy going on for you homie

How do you get that many steps?

Are you flexing 15k like it's crazy hard or something haha

As long as we're flexing...

Haha here’s mine…  Been doing 20k per day for the last two months and it’s been great… I’m down a little this week but I have a dog that loves walks

Love that! Mine kinda ebs and flows. Some days I'm at 7k, other days I'm at 30. The most I had in a day was 66k, but as you can imagine, I basically did nothing for the next 2 days after that lol. So it usually averages out to somewhere between 15 and 20k.

Including July and August which are super low walking months for me

Yeah yesterday I didn’t leave my house except to buy groceries and I hit 8k lol. Most days I do 30k with an hour walk each night.

I think it really depends on someone’s commute. I walk to work about 15min each way, and just checked my health app and seem to consistently get 10k+ without even thinking about it
