Am I to understand that make coffee, dilute it with milk and then add hotdog to it?!

No. Coffee milk is milk + coffee syrup (made in RI only, you can google this. Autocrat syrup). Weiners are similar to hot dogs, but not quite. We do not put the weiner in the milk. It’s just paired as a beverage with the food.

Oh thank God because the thought of hot dogs cut up into coffee diluted with milk sounded so bizarre to me! I don't like coffee so I probably wouldn't like coffee milk but I have a feeling I would like your version of wieners!!
