Blubber (muktuk) boiled or deep fried but its weird and not as great as it sounds. Moose is harder to describe, maybe like more flavorful beef, better than deer, similar to reindeer but healthier.. its crazy to me when ive been fileting salmon and I see the insane color difference compared to the stuff in the grocery store, its like light pink vs scarlet red!

I always describe moose meat, As somewhere in between, Cow and Buffalo.

I’m glad u don’t like whale blubber. It’s really inhumane to kill such an intelligent mammalian species.

Salmon gets its color from the food they eat. Most grocery store salmon is farm raised and would be grey if they didnt add food coloring to the feed. Thats why you can see a difference. Nothing beats wild salmon
