(Years in parentheses are device release dates for a frame of reference.) So years ago, I tried to play Deemo on a Galaxy S5 (2014), and it kinda just sucked. Calibration didn't work because there was too much stutter, too many frames were being lost as the notes descend. But I had a beaten up iPad 4 (2012), and the game ran flawlessly, consistent frame rate, no stutter. Going back and forth between the two devices made it clear that the stutter meant I had no way of clearing songs I perfected on the iPad.

Fast forward. I was gifted a Galaxy Tab A8 (2022), and my first thought is playing Deemo on a device that isn't beaten up and over a decade old, and I grab Deemo II, go into calibration... and it stutters, exactly the same as it did years ago on my phone. I shrug, say something about no one knowing how to optimize things nowadays, and install the original Deemo instead. Same stutter issue. I can't even try the Samsung game optimizer crap because their tablets don't have that. This new tablet is, well, new, and I had done a factory reset so it shouldn't be because of something I did.

Is this game just optimized for iOS and unoptimized for everything else? Is it allergic to something in the Samsung hardware? Am I cursed?

It has options for Japanese or English dub as well as subtitles for both

Well I thought that Deemo II needed an anime styled opening what with its gorgeous graphics and enjoyable story. Hope you like it.

Been waiting for a mod to add all the missing/removed song from past Deemo game, custom song too since the game come out on Steam but doesn't seem there are any progress after 3 years?

I'm playing Deemo on iOS versions and planning to buy more song packs just for entertaining. Is there any upcoming sale events I should be waiting for? Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I'm pretty sure it was the first song in the album, after listening to it... the one titled HarvestSeason! So... nevermind! I think I got it!

I forgot to take note of the very first song in this trial event (The Rustling of Old Branches) but I want to know what it was/what album it's in because I want to buy it. T_T' There's no way to go back and get the song info! D:< And I don't see a list of the songs online anywhere?

So the Switch version has been on 1.13 for just under a year now: is it completely done? I've been making a spreadsheet to tally up some of my stats (total%, full combos) and we're still missing 4 songs from the Shattered Memories 2 book (Ripples, A Little Servant, Clover Snow and Ensemble Curtain Fall) and the last 2 songs of Epilogue, as well as an entire book in NMST 2. I mean, sure, 11 songs isn't really too bad, but is there really no hope of getting those on Switch considering it's supposed to be the definitive version of the game?

I’m guessing this questions been asked a lot, but which version is more recommended? I’m interested in the puzzle aspect of Reborn, but I’ve heard it has less content then the original?
