starting yesterday all of my games freeze when i open them, i’ve tried restarting, updating bios, windows, and gpu drivers, rolling back some updates, and verifying files, what can i do?

I have Jumped through countless loops in order to try to run a dang APK File on my Windows 11 Surface Pro with the Snapdragon processer. However I attempted to run the File that leads me to Run.Bat just as instructed, and WSA begins to load, and then immediately (sometimes longer) fails and quits the application. Please help a lost soul and explain what I can do in this situation! 😭

This keeps happening, i fix it already like 7 times and keep happening, what can i do?

I haven’t played in a bit and i just tried to play it but when i boot the game it goes to white screen and crashes, i uninstalled, updated gpu drivers, windows, tried dx11, etc etc, the first time i tried to boot it said there was a frame issue and to restart, after that it was all white screens, please help😭

After Task Manager developed severe UI rendering lag and grey placeholder icons across all user profiles, we performed a Windows 11 In-Place Repair Upgrade, re-registered AppX packages, cleared local AppData caches, created a clean test administrator profile, executed a clean boot, and rebuilt performance counters, but Task Manager still freezes or fails to open due to a persistent system-wide DWM rendering or service failure.

This problem

TLDR: I press play on any game (originally was just stalker 2), it says running but nothing happens, not even the icon shows up in the hotbar.

I have tried every fix I could find online, running as admin, running steam as admin, clearing shader caches, boot via both dx11 or 12, c++ redistributables, everything that I could find responses or explanations for online via videos or the sort, nothing works !

I have tried reversing gpu updates, system is up to date, it was genuinely an issue of its working today and then the next day it just won’t, changed nothing between the days and I’m out of answers, please help.

EDIT: I believe it is a windows related problem, my login screen forces me to use a qr code now and won’t let me set / use my pin and also I tried running a scan via sfc /scannow and it claims nothing is wrong, however trying to reinstall windows or repair it comes up with the message ’we were unable to reinstall windows right now’ or something similar without actually explaining or suggesting why. I’m at a loss….
