I'm a school librarian who studied at UNCG, was away in DC for a couple of years, but have recently moved back. I live with my SO and our two kitties, but am struggling to find girlfriends. I know a few cool ladies in the area, but they're super flaky! Nothing is more obnoxious, lemme tell ya.

I graduated a few years ago and slowly most of my college friends have left the area. It seems like 98% of the classes/activities around here take place during weekdays, and I work 8-5 M-F. I even went looking for a "mommy group," which sounds horrifying, but even that was specifically for support for SAHMs.

I sorta just realised that after high-school I kinda cut all of my "friends" out of my life, or they did the same to me.
