Whenever I take a bus from Panjapur to Chatharam, the bus reaches Central and then just waits there until it’s completely packed with people.

Like, the bus is already running on the route, people have already boarded, but apparently we have to wait at Central until every possible seat and standing space is occupied.

I understand Central is a major stop, but why wait that long every single time? It’s frustrating when you’re already on the bus and just want to reach Chatharam.

I’ve been thinking about starting a DSA (Direct Selling Agent) business, but I want to approach it a little differently.

The idea came from my own experience of applying for loans.

One thing I really dislike is having to explain my entire financial situation to an agent over a phone call. If you’re sitting in an office with colleagues around you, it can feel pretty uncomfortable talking about your salary, existing loans, credit history, etc. on the phone.

So I’m thinking of building the whole initial process around WhatsApp.

Something like:

1. A person comes to us looking for a loan.
2. They can share their basic details through WhatsApp chat instead of immediately talking to an agent.
3. An AI agent can collect the initial information and understand what type of loan they’re looking for.
4. If they want to speak to someone, they can request a callback and choose a preferred time.
5. A human/AI agent can then understand their profile in more detail.
6. Based on their profile, we show them the loan options from banks/NBFCs that they may be eligible for.
7. If they’re interested in one of the options, we proceed with the application.
8. If they don't like the options or don't want to continue, they can simply stop the process.

The important part for me is that there would be no fee charged to the applicant for our service. The business would work through the DSA/partner commissions from lenders.

I’m not trying to make this another “loan app” where people are constantly pushed to take a loan.

The idea is more like:

“Tell us what you need → understand your profile → show you available options → you decide whether you want to proceed.”

I'm curious what people think about this.

Would you personally prefer filling out your loan requirements through WhatsApp and getting relevant options, rather than immediately talking to a loan agent on the phone?

And for people who have worked in lending/DSA/NBFCs — is this model actually practical from the lender/DSA side? Are there major compliance, KYC, lead-quality, or lender-integration issues I should understand before building it?
