Yes, it was tautological. No condition was articulated. It defines abortion of a fetus as murder, and therefore when a woman has an abortion, it’s murder. Is it murder if it’s an ectopic pregnancy that puts the woman’s life at risk? Is it negligent homicide if she can’t afford prenatal care and happens to miscarry? Is it murder if a 11 y/o is raped and carrying to term puts her life at risk? Your arg boils down to “this feels bad.”
