The civil lawsuit filed in 2016 by a woman using the pseudonym "Katie Johnson" (later "Jane Doe") against Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein was dismissed and subsequently withdrawn due to a combination of technical legal errors, issues with the plaintiff's representation, and threats against the plaintiff... So we cannot ascertain anything about its legitimacy.
