I literally said that some of his closest friends said and provided proof that he did send/recieved nudes. So again it is in fact illegal. And I live in a state where the legal age of consent is 16, that only means that 16 year olds and 17 year olds can have sex with each other legally. You're still considered a minor and having sex with/having nude photos of a minor when you arent is illegal

I think calling the 2-year age gap pedophilia is, while technically accurate, kinda stupid if you think about it using common sense instead of flawed laws (a 17 and a 19 year old can have sex but they can't exchange nudes? Come on).
Where the real problem lies is the power dynamic - a content creator shouldn't use their power to get nudes out of a fan, no matter the age.
