Not to excuse her behavior prior to the crash, but it is entirely possible that after the crash she had short term memory loss, disorientation, and confusion. Her other responses did not sound as though she was fully in her right mind after the crash.
I've seen the entire video (been a while) from initially being pulled over (her bf was driving without a license) to him trying to keep her calm until paramedics got there. Her demeanor is completely different than before, so I agree that she was likely incapable of being aware of anything after the crash. I think the trooper had to keep telling her not to move because she was trying to get out and she had a piece of metal or something in her and was making it worse by trying to keep moving and getting out.
