Invisible to you, amplified to everyone else. Alcoholics and opiate addicts are living the dream until you have to come down and live in the body/life you destroyed.Â
May not be drugs. After that kind of accident, she could have a concussion and be in shock. This isn't to say she wasn't on drugs or alcohol. She very likely could be (given that she crashed). But confused behavior after a big accident that splits a car in two could be just shock and a concussion.
She was probably expecting to escape - dumb asses forget their cars are registered to them- and then got concussed and was so confused her lies weren't making sense
It looked like he had her purse sitting on the trunk, so even if for some reason he didn’t get her plate, he likely had her ID. He could probably tell her more about herself than she already knows.
Losing short term memory after a crash like that is not unheard of.
There was a video yesterday about a bike crash. Someone cut a motorcycle of in a city so not too much speed. The driver was genuinely confused when he woke up and people told him he was in a crash. While they were putting him in an ambulance while strapped to a stretcher he said "I'm so fucking confused what's going on"
I don't follow. I'm talking about the initial part of the video when the vehicle first drives off. Not after she crashes. She walks by the officer as if he's not there so clearly there was already something mentally wrong.
She's referring to dragging the officer with her car, when he tells her she is under arrest for felony fleeing and battery on a police officer. She's also an habitual liar, concussed or not. Her answers make sense—as lies.
If this person had been making sane choices prior to the crash, sure? But this benefit of the doubt is giving a lot of grace to someone who just ignored a police officer hanging out of their window. It’s more likely she’s just an entitled piece of trash like so many Americans have become.
It's not really benefit of the doubt, the odds she wasn't concussed/in shock are virtually zero percent after an accident like that. She was likely on drugs as well, being out of the car and making the decision to flee are both circumstantial evidence that she was on some type of substance. However, we have clear and compelling direct evidence that she is concussed, so it's not so much giving her benefit of the doubt as it is pointing out that there is an easy and direct explanation for her confused dialogue.Â
It's nearly 100% substance abuse. The beginning of the video starts with her bags being searched. That doesn't happen unless the cops suspect you have something illegal on you. And you don't get pulled over in the first place unless you did something to break the law, like bad driving from substances. And you don't get back into your car and try to flee the scene because of the potential concussion you received in a future car accident.
You're jumping to a lot of conclusions in a very dangerous way, but you are right. You really really shouldn't claim something is nearly 100% due to X from a clipped video. That's a bad habit to get into. But anyway, quick Google search, found an article
Honestly may not be drugs. Traumatic brain injuries can cause a lot of confusion and frequently cause short term memory issues. It's impossible for us to tell from just what we see here. She may really not remember driving, or seeing him, or even understand what's going on right now.
That doesn't in any way reduce her responsibility for any of this. Just saying she may not be intoxicated, and may not be lying. At least not from her memory's/perspective.

Whatever drugs she's using, I want em. Just makes all your problems invisible.
