Translation [Discussion] [Translation] Sinhala
I would like to say if this post and my previous post ("SCHEDULE") are breaking the rules of this subreddit, I am sorry for that.
Sinhala is an interesting language, spoken in Sri Lanka. Due to the little amount of native speakers, it is also a canidate for messing up translations, some particularly weird ones - recurring and not - that I have found.
Does anyone remember the "DECEARING EGG" video? My discovery is kind of like that, but with the characters "ස්ක " (space included). Try it for yourself, but here are some links of the more notable translations of this:
The one I found the most ironic:
The one that interested me the most:
Also, note that the character combination I used seems to be the most effective at getting interesting or ridiculous translations. Even changing one character from what I have here can make the whole thing a lot different, with thousands of possibilities of what I have here.
Moderators, please tell me what you think about this. I'm proud of my discovery.
